Day 2: HR Leaders & Educators Forum

Day 2 of the Employee Africa Summit 2026 shifts the conversation from executive strategy to practical implementation. While Day 1 focuses on perspectives from CEOs and Managing Directors, Day 2 brings together Human Resources leaders, educators, training institutions, and policy practitioners to explore how organizations can translate strategy into real workforce development.

Aligned with the summit theme, “Bridging Technology and Future Skills for Sustainable Jobs and Readiness,” this forum will examine how institutions can collaborate to close the skills gap, prepare talent for emerging industries, and build workplaces that are resilient in the face of technological change.

Through keynote sessions, panel discussions, and industry insights, HR leaders and educators will share experiences on reskilling the workforce, aligning education with industry needs, developing leadership pipelines, and equipping young professionals with future-ready competencies.

This forum aims to foster stronger partnerships between industry, academia, and training institutions, ensuring that Botswana’s workforce remains competitive, adaptable, and prepared for the opportunities of the evolving global economy.
